NEUROFEEDBACK

WHAT IS NEUROFEEDBACK?
WHAT?
Neurofeedback is a natural, brain-based method that helps the brain reset and function more efficiently. It supports lasting improvements in focus, mood, sleep, and stress without relying on medication. Neurofeedback does not claim to cure any condition; instead, it helps address symptoms related to mental-health diagnoses within the scope of clinical licensure.
WHO?
Neurofeedback is recommended for children typically age 8 or older, individuals seeking non-medication-based options and/or clients experiencing treatment plateau. Symptoms commonly addressed include anxiety, depression, ADHD, OCD, PTSD, emotional avoidance, dissociation, and difficulty with emotional regulation.
HOW?
We take a whole-person approach, evaluating brainwave activity alongside physical health, stress levels, relationships, and, performance patterns. Because the mind and body function as one system, each training plan is personalized using detailed brain map data, with optional supplement and metabolic support recommendations. Progress is tracked through symptom monitoring, testing, and follow-up brain maps.
