ABOUT ME
Dayle earned her Bachelor of Social Work from Northwest Nazarene University in 2024, but her journey into advocacy began long before that. Driven by a deep-rooted passion for social justice and human dignity, she has dedicated her life to being a compassionate voice for those too often unheard.

Over the years, Dayle has worked with a wide range of communities—supporting individuals experiencing homelessness, raising awareness about human trafficking, empowering children facing mental health challenges, advocating for people with intellectual and developmental disabilities, and amplifying the voices of adoptees. Her experience is as diverse as it is impactful.

What truly sets Dayle apart is her ability to connect on a deeply personal level. Having navigated her own experiences with trauma and mental illness, she brings an empathetic, authentic, and trauma-informed approach to her work—especially when supporting children and teens.

When she's not working, you’ll find Dayle out in nature—camping under the stars, paddle boarding on a quiet lake, or tending to her collection of rare and exotic houseplants.
